Filip Goddevriendt is a founding partner of Arven Legal. He advises and represents companies, entrepreneurs and shareholders in commercial and corporate disputes. His practice covers court proceedings, arbitration and mediation, with a focus on solutions that take into account the legal, commercial and strategic interests of his clients.
Filip also advises on privacy, data protection and information security, and on tax law. He combines thorough legal analysis with clear communication and a pragmatic approach, and works closely with his clients, from the initial analysis to the final solution.
Erwin Jennen is a founding partner of Arven Legal. With more than ten years of experience in company and business law, he advises entrepreneurs, companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts.
In addition to transactions, Erwin advises on a wide range of corporate law matters. His experience as a director of several companies gives him practical insight into the commercial and strategic interests behind legal decisions. He works closely with his clients to develop clear, workable solutions that match their objectives.
David Anné is a partner at Arven Legal. He specialises in insolvency law and security interests. He assists companies in difficulty during a judicial reorganisation or bankruptcy, and represents creditors in insolvency proceedings. He is also active in commercial and economic law, business disputes and directors’ liability.
David is an insolvency trustee at the Antwerp Enterprise Court and regularly acts as liquidator of companies. As a result, he also knows insolvency cases from the inside, an experience he brings to cases where speed, insight and decisiveness make the difference. He studied law at the University of Antwerp and has been a lawyer since 2011.
Christophe Minnart is a partner at Arven Legal. He focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, contract law, company law and business law. He has extensive experience with commercial and corporate transactions, reorganisations and restructurings, corporate governance, banking matters and the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements. He works for SMEs as well as for large and listed companies.
Christophe previously worked in business and as a lawyer at international and leading Belgian firms. Thanks to his business experience and no-nonsense approach, he is also called upon for project management, legal crisis management and board mandates. He is a guest lecturer at KU Leuven, affiliated with the Institute for Contract Law, and a substitute justice of the peace in the cantons of Diest, Tienen and Zoutleeuw.
Dominique Bogman is a partner at Arven Legal. Over the years, she has built up expertise in business, contract and liability law, with extensive experience in sectors such as trade, hospitality, real estate, inland shipping and logistics. She offers SMEs a full range of legal services, with a pragmatic, transparent and client-focused approach.
Dominique previously worked at GSJ Advocaten and LEXECO in Antwerp, and before that at a Belgian bank in New York. She studied law in Antwerp, Leuven and Louvain-la-Neuve and teaches business law at AP University of Applied Sciences and Arts. This combination of practice and teaching gives her advice a strong academic foundation.
